General Product Support
In recent months I have been getting inquiries regarding support on the Proven Edge, CashGraf BP5.0, MBA and Smartbooks 2000 programs I do have some product remaining in stock as a Proven Edge Reseller. With my technical knowledge and former association with PE as their Education Manager, I can offer product support on a limited basis for registration as well as operational, functional or tutorial questions about the program(s). I have Educational material for sale regarding the programs. I am not in the support business as such for ProvenEdge, but since they are out of business, I am just about the only one around that is offering any level of support on these products.At the present time, I can provide support via email addressed to me @ questionsaboutpe@aol.com or to Michaelzep@aol.com. The support rate that Custom Micro Design and ProvenEdge charged was $60.00 per hour or $30.00 per incident for a 30 minute consultation. My hourly rate for Technical or Tutorial Assistance is $50.00 per hour. Email me first with your questions or needs and I will respond whether I am able to assist you. If I can assist you and solve your problem I will quote you a fee and you can pay me based on those needs using the Shopping Cart button below. If I cannot answer your question or solve your problem I will tell you ahead of time and you do not pay. I cannot be more fair than that.
