Product Registration for Proven Edge Products, CashGraf Business Plus 5.0, MBA (Modular Business Accounting) and SmartBooks 2000.
Lost your registration name and number? Have the program as a single station and need to network them? I can provide you with a registration number for a single machine or registration numbers for additional workstations if your product version supports networking.
The fee for registration is $25.00 per registration number or per workstation. You can pay via credit card using the add to cart button below. Please send me an email with your registration name (REQUIRED), product type and version, as well as the number of workstations you need. Upon receipt of your payment, I will email you the confirmed registration name and number (s), and place you in my database. Networking Instructions will be sent as an email attachment in MS Word format.

General Product Support
In recent months I have been getting inquiries regarding support on the Proven Edge, CashGraf BP5.0, MBA and Smartbooks 2000 programs I do have some product remaining in stock as a Proven Edge Reseller. With my technical knowledge and former association with PE as their Education Manager, I can offer product support on a limited basis for registration as well as operational, functional or tutorial questions about the program(s). I have Educational material for sale regarding the programs. I am not in the support business as such for ProvenEdge, but since they are out of business, I am just about the only one around that is offering any level of support on these products.At the present time, I can provide support via email addressed to me @ questionsaboutpe@aol.com or to Michaelzep@aol.com. The support rate that Custom Micro Design and ProvenEdge charged was $60.00 per hour or $30.00 per incident for a 30 minute consultation. The email inquiry rate is $25.00 per inquiry/incident based on maximum of 30 minutes of tutorial or problem resolution. My hourly rate for Technical or Tutorial Assistance is $50.00 per hour. Email me first with your questions or needs and I will respond whether I am able to assist you. If I can assist you and solve your problem I will quote you a fee and you can pay me based on those needs using the Shopping Cart button below. If I cannot answer your question or solve your problem I will tell you ahead of time and you do not pay. I cannot be more fair than that.
One Time Email Product Support: $25.00 Per Incident (for 1/2 hour of resolution time, $25.00 Minimum.) Telephone Support is $50.00 per hour.
